We were looking forward to a nice evening on the occasion of a birthday as guests in Osnabrück. Upon recommendation, we reserved a table for 5 people on Sunday, August 9th, 2020 at 7 p.m. at the window, which we were also promised. When we arrived it was occupied by 2 people, although many smaller tables were free. It was mentioned succinctly that a misunderstanding was the cause and we should choose another table. That was the mood in the basement. Unfortunately, the gastronomic services were also appropriate. The hospitality of other Italians was completely missing here. Incorrectly tempered wine, food that had obviously been under the thermal bridge for a long time, very simple plate decoration and no compensation for the incorrect reservation made us disappointed when we returned to the hotel. Several times we tried to buy the employees in the kitchen a drink. But this request was also ignored. The operators should come to Hamburg and take object lessons in comparable restaurants on how it can be done better. Suggestion from our side: Less routine, more cordiality

The service was excellent on this Friday night. The waiter assigned to us was always present and the dishes were served in a timely manner. Unfortunately I have to deduct 1.4 points for the quality of the pizzas. The ingredients could be of higher quality. A large amount of cheese can not compensate for the low occupancy. Please work on the quality. In combination with the exposed location, you can achieve much more.
